Theater - Updated 8/14/08
Construction will begin in September to complete the interior of the theater at West Ranch High School. West Ranch was built under the state’s hardship program, and the auditorium was left unfinished in order to meet the program’s rigid budgetary constraints. The building shell is already in place, including a finished lobby, restrooms, stagecraft bay and ceiling-mounted heating/air conditioning systems. The build out will include seating, ceiling, lighting, stage riggings, HVAC ducting, a state-of-the-art sound reinforcement system and finishing. The project is estimated to cost $1.7 million, and is expected to be completed in late spring 2009.
