CEPA houses the  following:
 
  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR):  PAR is a CSTP-based program with a goal to support newer teachers, out-of-state teachers, and affected veteran teachers with personal guidance, modeling, direction, and mentoring in the areas of subject matter knowledge, teaching strategies, classroom management, and overall professional competence.  
  • The Hart Teacher and Administrative Induction Program: The William S. Hart Induction program prepares teachers and new administrators for a sustainable career through job-embedded support that is grounded in mentoring.
