CCEA Conference, Model School Brunch & Recognition May 2006

 

 

Principal Robin Geissler received a letter of congratulations in March 2006, stating, in part: 

"Congratulations! Your school has been officially designated by the California Department of Education as a Model Continuation High School for the period of March 2006 through April 2011. This honor is bestowed on you by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Jack O'Connell, for having demonstrated exemplary practices in providing comprehensive services to students who might otherwise fail to complete their educational goals. You have also demonstrated extraordinary expertise, professionally and personally, in improving the lives of the young people you serve. I am privileged to have visited many of your schools and witnessed the transformation you have inspired in the lives of your students and their families. You, your staff, school board, superintendent, and community are truly deserving of this prestigious award.
