
Carol Kaericher named Bowman's 2008-09Classified Employee of the Year! |

Carol Kaericher’s dedication to helping students succeed at Bowman makes her the perfect choice for this year’s Classified Employee of the Year! For the past 10 years, Carol has worked diligently to support students and teachers in closing the achievement gap. This year she assists students in US Government, American Government, Reading, Art , and Yearbook classes. Principal Robin Geissler, said, " She always takes the time to work with students who are struggling, helping them to conquer difficult concepts and encouraging them to never give up on their dreams of earning a high school diploma." For several years Carol has also participated in leading a Girl’s Group for Bowman’s young ladies who need some additional support and intervention. Geissler said, "Carol serves as an exemplary role mode l for all of Bowman students, and we are so grateful that she continues to dedicate her talents to supporting student achievement. " When asked why she likes working at Bowman, Carol said, "It's a wonderful feeling to see our students succeed. I have enjoyed getting to know our students not just on an educational level, but also on a personal level." Congratulations Carol!
