Snack List 2008
Click on the Meet to see what you need to bring!

Every meet we will have a table set up for snacks. You will be required to provide a snack,(listed below),twice this season for 32 swimmers, 3 coaches & 6 timers (1/3 the team).

Sam’s club or Costco sized items. It is your responsibility to get snack to the swim meet through you or your swimmer. Coach Himes can store drinks and snacks if you bring it & pick it up from his class! Exchange dates with another parent if you have to. Snack can be dropped off at my home by CC Park prior to meet if this will help you out. Call Sharon at 252-6406 for any changes and/or directions to my home.

Drinks* – bottled water/gatorade/propel/vitamin water/real fruit juice/etc…
Fruit - bananas/apples/melons**/grapes**/strawberries**/carrots/etc…
Carbs – bagels***/cold pasta salad***/pretzels/granola bars/wheat thins/ gold fish crackers/etc…
Protein – Peanut butter filled pretzels/string cheese/peanuts/protein bars/etc… *On hot days please send along ice for drinks!!**Cut fruit up in bite size pieces, take tops off strawberries and stems off grapes.***
Send along cups & forks with pasta & individual packages of cream cheese for bagels.
