If you live in Santa Clarita, are looking
for a job, and currently between the
ages 14 and 22 years,
Career
Visions can help!
First, complete a program referral
and return it to the Career Visions Career Transition Advisor assigned to your school. Once we determine eligibility, all program services are provided at no cost to
you. You may
even qualify
to receive up to
200 paid hours of
work training at a work site of your choice!
In addition to paid placement, Career
Visions offers fully supported workforce preparation training in the following areas:
- Finding a Job (internet and newspaper searching)
- Completing Job Applications (electronic and paper)
- Resume Development (electronic)
- DVD copy of your personal Job Interview
- Integrated Workforce Preparation Portfolio
No idea what you want to do after high school? Trust us, you're not alone! We'll help you narrow your focus using interest inventories, while supporting you with workforce preparation, and explorative training activities to help you reach your goals.
