Qualifications:                        Valid Pupil Personnel Credential

 

·         Familiarity with and willingness to work within the framework of the National Counseling Standards.

·         Willingness and ability to assume leadership in the development of student academic, career, and personal/social competencies.

·         Experience in working with small groups for counseling.

·         Ability and willingness to work enthusiastically and productively as part of a team.

·         Demonstrated experience in working with at risk students.

·         Competency with computer technology and database applications in a Windows environment. 

·         Demonstrated ability to make large and small group presentations in an enthusiastic and effective manner. 

·         Duties may vary from time to time, requiring increased workloads at certain times in the school year.

·         Bilingual preferred
