Qualifications: Candidate should exhibit effective communication skills. Display a professional demeanor in representing an educational institution. Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills. Thorough command of basketball skills and coaching strategies for that sport. Good working knowledge of athletic policies and procedures of the William S. Hart Union High School District and the Foothill League. Strong background in coaching young athletes while upholding the ideals of academic excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship.
