Tom Cole, Chief Operations Officer, reported that on April 19, 2012, the District received the Department of Toxic Substances Control report approval on Phase 1 site and environmental report for the Hybrid Site; the report indicated “no further action.” He stated that the report and approval has been posted on the website. He also reported that the site civil engineer will soon complete the conceptual engineering infrastructure for the high school including the primary and secondary access points down to Hillcrest Parkway; this report will be completed by the end of this week. Mr. Cole said that the draft Environmental Impact Report is nearing completion to be circulated to the public in early summer 2012.
