The Healthy Kids Survey is sponsored by the California Department of Education. This survey will help promote better health among our youth and combat problems such as drug use and violence. The survey gathers information on behavior such as physical activity and nutritional habits; alcohol, tobacco, and drug use; school safety; and environmental and individual strengths and assets.
No names are recorded as the survey is taken anonymously. The survey is voluntary. Students who agree to participate with parental permission only have to answer the questions they want to answer.
