The Placerita Drama Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:45 to 5:00 p.m. in room 1101 under the direction of Mrs. Jean Paletz. Our club focuses on every aspect of creating a full theatrical production. This includes, but is not limited to, acting, directing, building sets, using makeup and costumes, artwork, sound, lights, and props within a theatre. Drama is a great place for students to express creativity, learn more about the arts, make good friends, and develop their own talents while also encouraging and supporting each other. This Fall, students will be performing in “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” on both Wednesday, November 28 and Thursday, November 29. Performances will feature a different cast on each night, and will both be held in Tanner Hall at 7:00 p.m. Please feel free to email any questions to Jean Paletz at: JAPaletz@aol.com
