In an effort to improve communications between the Hart District and the
parents from all Hart District Sites, a pilot program has been created,
called the Parent Communication Council (PCC). This group is comprised of 3
appointed or elected representatives from each of the Hart District School
Sites, and is scheduled to meet with Superintendent, Jamie Castellanos on a
monthly basis. The sole purpose of this group is to enhance two-way
communications with parents regarding events, programs, services,
instruction, concerns, questions, etc. within the Hart District. This forum
provides the venue to bring up topics that maybe unclear to parents about
district-wide issues. It is also an opportunity for the District to provide
accurate and factual information to parents about topics they are interested
in. Below is the contact information for Placerita and Hart's
representatives. Please feel free to contact these individuals directly
with issues you would like us to learn more about. We will report
information back to you personally, as well as addressing the issues at
upcoming PAC & HPO Meetings. Remember, this venue is for items that pertain
to the entire district, not isolated cases specific to a single site, or
single instructor:
