When you arrive at the game remember to bring everything you will need with you. If you leave the game--
we will NOT let you re-enter. Thank you for your co-operation.

CONSUMER ELECTRONICS RECYCLING - The Math Department is again collecting used (working or not) consumer electronics for recycling.  You can send your items to your child’s math teacher or take them to the office.  The list of recyclables includes...
- ink jet and laser printer cartridges
- cell phones
- Ipods
- digital cameras
- digital video cameras
- personal gaming systems (DS, PSP)
- notebook/laptop computers
We do not need chargers, cases, etc. for the items, only the items themselves.  The items will be sent to a company called EcoPhones who recycle the electronics. Email Mrs. Coleman for more information.

HAVE BOX TOPS? - It is time to kick off the Box Tops collection drive for this school year. With budget cuts it is more important than ever to use every possible way to raise funds for the school. Box Tops are one of the easiest ways to accomplish this. HOW? When grocery shopping, look for products that carry the Box Top symbol. Look through your pantry and see if you have products that display Box Tops. Clip, write your student's first and last name as well as the team name on the back of the Box Top and place in an envelope or ziploc bag and send in with your student. Collection bins are in each of the team leaders' classrooms. There are monthly drawings and winners receive a gift certificate. At the end of the year, the team with the most Box Tops turned in will enjoy a pizza party. There is a collection box at the front desk in the school office. Collection bins will be available at all events where parent volunteers are present. HAPPY CLIPPING AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

CELL PHONES – Students are not allowed to use cell phones in any school buildings. Student phones can be taken away if they are seen and/or used inappropriately, as determined by the staff member. While in school buildings, phones must remain off (vibrating phones can often still cause a disruption) and should remain in backpacks/purses or pockets.  Phones may be used before school, brunch, lunch and after school as long as they are used out side of all  school buildings.  This includes the library and office unless special permission is given by a Sierra Vista Staff member.  Sierra Vista assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen phones, including when confiscated.  We appreciate your support of this policy.
