Mrs. Sirchia has been teaching for 17 years, all 8th grade math.  She transferred to SV 7 years ago from Millikan Middle School.  In her career Mrs. Sirchia has  professionally served as department chair, team leader, mentor teacher, testing coordinator, math coach and student success coordinator.  She has been married for 20 years and has two sons, ages 15 and 19.  She enjoys spending time with family and 6 horses, walking the dogs, camping and working out. She LOVES animals and has many.

Mrs. Coleman has been teaching at Sierra Vista for 12 years.  Currently she teaches 8th grade Algebra classes, but has in the past taught many different classes including English, keyboarding, journalism, study skills, and pre-algebra.  She graduated from The Master’s College in 1996 with a degree in English and completed her credentialing in mathematics at CSUN in 1999.  Mrs. Coleman also works as the webmaster for SV and as a BTSA Support Provider.  She has been married for 11 years and has a 7 year old son named Paul.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning about health and nutrition, and being with friends.

Mrs. Baker has been teaching for 15 years and has taught all levels of math, including geometry and sheltered math classes.  This year she is teaching 8th grade math classes.  She holds degrees in Spanish, mathematics, and education from COC and CSUN.  Not only has she taught math, but she has also held positions as department chair and master teacher.  She the mother of two energetic boys, Brendan (15) and Preston (11).  Mrs. Baker enjoys golfing, reading, playing sports with her kids, grabbing a Starbucks latte occasionally, and going out to eat.  At one time, she was a magician's assistant!

Mr. Pieleszek is teaching 7th grade pre-algebra and Algebra A.

Eleven years ago, Mrs. Henry began her teaching career at Sierra Vista.  She attended COC, Arizona State University, and CSUN to complete her various degrees.  She has been married for 10 years and has three children, Justin (9), Kaitlyn (7), and Brooke (1).

Mrs. Stanhope has been teaching for 20 years and completed her degree at CSUN.  She currently teaches Algebra classes to 8th graders.

Mrs. Skoczylas has been teaching for 22 years, 17 of which have been here at Sierra Vista. She has taught many subjects including English,Teen Issues, and pre-algebra, but she is currently teaching 7th Algebra, Pre-Algebra, and 7th Algebra A . During her teaching career, she has been Department Chair, a mentor teacher, Comp. Ed coordinator, Honor Society facilitator, and has been honored as being Sierra Vista's Teacher of the Year. She also runs Sierra Vista's community service club, SiViCS. She graduated from UCLA in 1986, and has been married to Gabe (another UCLA graduate) for 28 years. She has one daughter, Jill, who is also a Bruin. In her free time, she likes to snow ski, play tennis, read, and watch UCLA football and basketball.

Mrs. Lennarz has been teaching for 10 years and joined the Sierra Vista staff in 2003. She teaches seventh grade Pre-Algebra and is the co-coordinator for GATE. She has been married for 12 years and has two daughters, ages 10 and 8. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, baking, going to school, and attempting new hobbies.

Mrs. Zamperin graduated from Sonoma State University in 1999 and received her teaching credential from Chapman University in 2000. She started teaching 4th grade in 2000. In 2001, Mrs. Zamperin came to Sierra Vista and taught 7th grade English. The following year she started teaching 7th grade math. Mrs. Zamperin has been married for 7 years and has two children, Cassidy, 4, and Dillon, 2.
