Need your transcript?

All official trancript requests must be in writing. You may print out the Request for Transcript Form and mail or fax to the Registrar's Office. There is no charge for official transcripts for one year following graduation. After one year the fee is $3.00 per copy (check made out to Valencia ASB). There is no charge for unofficial transcripts. All transcript requests will usually be processed within 24 hours.

In order to expedite your enrollment process, please read instructions below and provide all of the requested documentation. Download and complete all available forms.

Enrollment times: Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm

1. Parent/Guardian must be present when enrolling a student.

4. Determination and Proof of Place of Residency (please read and provide needed documentation)
5. An original copy of legal documentation of child's birth (ie - birth certificate, visa, passport)
6. Withdrawal grades - for mid-term enrollees
7. Unofficial Transcript or copies of all report cards.
   Records Request Form (bring this form)
8. Most recent IEP if Special Ed Student
9. Immunization Record - up to date - NO EXCEPTIONS

10. Mantoux Tuberculosis Test and Varicella Immunization (or doctor's verification of Chicken Pox) - Only required if student has never attended a California school before. These services may be provided by any doctor or you may use the following clinic:

11. Guardianship Forms - If a student is not living with parent or legal guardian, Caregiver Affidavit must be completed in our office. Guardian must present picture ID along with proof of residence. Legal guardians must show court documentation.
12. Affidavit of Residency - If student is residing in someone else's home, the homeowner must sign an Affidavit of Residency and provide proof of residency.
13. Custody of Student - Please provide court orders pertaining to the custody of the student.
