Record Crowd Attends Annual Hart District College Fair

Over 110 universities and colleges had representatives on hand to tell prospective students about their programs, campuses and college life. In addition, representatives from the military as well as technical schools and College of the Canyons were also on hand.

“The College and Career Fair provides opportunities to all students to learn about their post-secondary next steps, whether that’s to go on to a university, a community college, a technical school, an apprenticeship or a trade, as well as learning about the career fields they will be preparing for by going on to that post-secondary preparation,” said Dr. Mariane Doyle, director of Career Technical Education with the Hart School District.

Students and parents were also able to attend breakout sessions with topics that included out-of-state colleges and financial aid.
