He previously served two terms in the Montana House of Representatives and has 15 years of experience in the accounting field. He has participated in the SCV Tax Discussion Group of the California Society of CPAs. “I believe that my skills and experience…as a CPA, parent and former elected official give me a range of tools to help assist in (the committee’s) mission,” he said.

Jeffrey Eisenberg – Stevenson Ranch

Mr. Eisenberg has been closely involved with local schools as a member of Valley Industrial Association, Junior Achievement, PTA and PAC membership at Rancho Pico Junior High, and a participant in the VIA Star program. Julia B. Hicken – Stevenson Ranch
After 12 years of volunteering at Stevenson Ranch Elementary School, Ms. Hicken has now moved on to the Parent Advisory Council at Rancho Pico Junior High. In the community, she is active in the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Home Tour League (which she chaired in 2005 and 2008), the Henry Mayo Foundation and Stevenson Ranch Education Foundation. She brings a parent’s perspective to the committee.
