Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is one of many clinics, pharmacies, or large scale points of dispensing (PODs) sites throughout Los Angeles County offering vaccination appointments to residents 16 years and older.
If you are age 16 or 17, look for a vaccination site that offers the Pfizer vaccine. (The Moderna and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccines can only be given to people age 18 years and older). Currently, people under age 16 cannot be vaccinated.
You can register for a vaccine appointment at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital and other locations throughout Los Angeles County by visiting MyTurn.ca.gov or by visiting vaccinatelacounty.com to get more information about the COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments are limited by vaccine supply.
Albertsons/Sav-on on Copper Hill in Valencia has also generously provided the Hart School District with a limited number of appointments from Monday, April 19 through Friday, April 23 from 10 am to 4 pm for our students and their families to be vaccinated. Residents with disabilities or without computer access can call 833-540-0473 between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week for help with appointments.
