K-12 Voluntary Student Accident Insurance Plans

We know that active students occasionally experience unexpected accidents or injuries during the school day, sports, or extracurricular activities. To support our families and help ensure everyone has access to affordable care if an accident happens, we are sharing information about low-cost, voluntary student medical and dental insurance plans.

The William S. Hart Union High School District assumes no liability for students injured at school or in activities related to school. The District does not carry medical or dental insurance for students injured on school premises, while under school jurisdiction, or through school sponsored activities.
