Welcome to Paperless Flyers

The Hart District uses Peachjar, a paperless flyer system, to share school-approved information with families. E-flyers keep you up to date on school and community activities, programs, and events while saving paper and reducing costs. Paper flyers will no longer be distributed.

Shifting to this digital platform allows us to seamlessly host approved flyers directly on our school websites and deliver them right to parent email inboxes. Look for the Peachjar Flyers link under the Parents tab on school homepages or use the button below to view all active flyers.

Guidelines for Outside & Community Organizations

The Hart District welcomes flyer submissions that enrich the lives of our students. To qualify for digital distribution, external organizations must adhere to the following rules:

1. Eligibility & Status

All flyers must support the district's educational mission and benefit students/schools/families.
The district allows the distribution of flyers for nonprofit organizations only.
We do not promote or endorse any for-profit business.
All organizations must have an official nonprofit status and must forward a copy of their 501(c)3 letter from the IRS confirming that their organization is a nonprofit.

2. Flyer Design Requirements

Flyers must be provided in both English and Spanish in PDF format with minimum 12 point font text.
Alt text should be included for images.
The organization's official 501(C)3 number must be visible on the flyer.
The targeted age group of the students must be clearly visible.

4. Cost Information

Standard Postings (service fees apply): Outside organizations and enrichment providers are subject to Peachjar's standard service fees to distribute e-flyers. This fee is paid directly to Peachjar at checkout and is typically less than the costs associated with printing and delivering paper flyers.
Option for Free Community Events: Peachjar provides a Community Free Flyer Program to give back to local regions. If your organization is promoting an entirely free, charitable program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiaries (with no fees, fundraising, product sales, or enticements for future paid programs involved), Peachjar will cover the fee for one flyer distribution per 28 days. Organizations can apply for this status directly within their Peachjar account profile.

Visit Peachjar.com to register as an Program Provider.
Upload your bilingual flyer, ensuring all design requirements have been met.
Copy ALL text from the flyer into the description box.
Attach a copy of your 501(c)3 letter from the IRS.
Your flyer will automatically be routed to the district office for review.
Flyers received by 4:30 pm on Mondays will be included in the weekly distribution on Wednesday evenings.

Information for Internal Users (Schools, Teams, Clubs, PAC/PTSAs)

School-connected groups have direct access to the Peachjar platform:

District schools, their PAC/PTSA, teams, and clubs may share digital flyers with their school's families at no cost.
How to Upload a Flyer: Each campus has a designated school Peachjar Site Administrator (typically in the school office) who manages internal uploads. Digital flyers should be sent directly to the Peachjar Site Administrator.
