High school students from across California’s 27 district are invited to submit original, 2D artwork for a chance to have their piece displayed in the United States Capitol, and have the opportunity to come to Washington, D.C. for an awards ceremony.
Theme: "The future I want to see"
Eligibility:
- High school student living in CA-27
- Original, two-dimensional artwork
- Max size: 26" x 26" x 4" (framed)
- Max weight: 15 lbs
- 2026 Student Release Form
- Accepted mediums include: painting, drawing, collage, prints, mixed media, computer-generated art, and photographs
- AI generated art will not be accepted
