Congressional Art Competition
High school students from across California’s 27 district are invited to submit original, 2D artwork for a chance to have their piece displayed in the United States Capitol, and have the opportunity to come to Washington, D.C. for an awards ceremony.
 
Theme: "The future I want to see"
 
Eligibility:
  • High school student living in CA-27
  • Original, two-dimensional artwork
  • Max size: 26" x 26" x 4" (framed)
  • Max weight: 15 lbs
  • 2026 Student Release Form
  • Accepted mediums include: painting, drawing, collage, prints, mixed media, computer-generated art, and photographs
  • AI generated art will not be accepted
 
Deadline: April 13 at 2:00pm PT
