The University of La Verne
has established a partnership agreement with the Hart District. This agreement allows full-time and permanent part-time employees of the Hart school district who are accepted into a qualifying La Verne program to receive a tuition scholarship that will be applied to the cost of tuition based on enrollment status with the University (see Appendix A for specific Award levels)
. The University will extend this partnership award to spouses and registered domestic partners of School District employees. All La Verne programs are described at www.laverne.edu
The University of Phoenix
has an established partnership with the Hart District. This allows all Hart employees who enroll in University of Phoenix a 10% tuition reduction on degree programs, certificate programs, and individual courses. For more information please visit www.phoenix.edu/williamshart
DISTRICT COMPLAINT FORM
Any staff member, parent, student, community member or applicant who has a complaint regarding an employee, a district policy, or other condition of the William S. Hart Union High School District may submit the complaint by completing the District Complaint form and filing it with the school principal or appropriate District administrator. Details of the process are explained on the form. Note: If the complaint alleges an issue of discrimination or failure to comply with certain specified State of Federal laws, please also review the Uniform Complaint Procedure to determine which form to use. The District encourages the early, informal resolution of complaints at the site level when appropriate and whenever possible. Contact the school office to reach the appropriate administrator.
